Tower of Inspiration II
This is a pit fired object that contains two books.  An original binding hangs down from the top
of the object with inspiration quotes written vertically on long pages.

One quote is by Albert Einstein and reads....
"When I examine myself and my methods
of thought, I come to the conclusion
that the flight of fantasy has meant
more to me than my talent for
absorbing positive knowledge."

The other quote is by Jim Morrison and reads...
"I tell you this, no eternal rewards
will forgive us now for
wasting the dawn"

This object measures
11" height x 5" base

One of the appealing parts of this piece is the blow out on the face  that happened in the pitfire.
Along with the color stains from the chemical salts in the pit this piece looks ancient.
Just what I was trying to achieve.
